The latest developments at Hotel Engelhorn
Building expansion
We are continuing to expand and renovate and are continuously adapting to the requirements of the modern hotel industry. For example, we have installed new bathrooms for our guests as well as a new breakfast room with a brand new coffee machine. New offices and lift access have improved administration and safety. Then several of our apartments were renovated, as it was time to renew the roof. In 2016 we began our first expansion with six new hotel rooms and since 2018 we have been working on another 12 rooms and new toilet facilities for our restaurant. The toilet facilities have been in use since May and we are pleased to be able to unveil the new hotel rooms in December 2019.And it doesn't stop there: In 2020 we will be begin arranging for a new breakfast room. We will also create three rooms with disabled access and carry out further step-by-step renovations throughout the building – with minimal disruption to our guests, of course. We are looking forward to these projects and will be happy to receive your input ahead of time to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible.
Events
The event region is hibernating for the winter and the Hockenheim Ring circuit is planning the coming season. Our tip: Enjoy a day at the beautiful Christmas market in Heidelberg. Open daily from 25 November 2019 to 22 December 2019, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.Jobs
